My Entries for a Contest and Giveaway

I did 3 entries for Ashleys YouTube Giveaway and contest.
Go check it out. There you will find all the info and how to enter.
You need to subscribe to her YouTube and Like her Facebook page.

The first entry is "Peacock".
It goes from Silver and Gold glitter in the inner corner
to a nice Sea Green Teal shadow in the crease.

I did not add lashes to this because Ashley is having
trouble aplying False lashes - so I skipped that part
and just went with Black kohl pencil on the water line
and black mascara and eyeliner.

It is funny how much color the camera "takes away".
Here it lookes a bit washed out. Maybe it is my setting on my camera.
This was way darker and the outer part is really more blue.

You are allowed up to 3 entries.
And I went for all 3.
She likes anything sparkley, bright and creative.
She is not afraid to wear any look out!
This is for a a party (or 3).

Contest will end March 14th.

You must hold up a sign in the pic saying it's for
"ASHLEY'S 21ST BDAY/100 FANS GIVEAWAY"
(Or something like that)

"Peacock"

Second entry is "Pink Dream"

Silver glitter in the inner corner over a white  shadow.
Hot pink on the eyelid and purple in the crease.

I did a green teal eyeliner (with wet eyeshadow)
that I toped off with silver glitter. Also on the lower lashline.
White pencil on the water line.

The signs for entry 2 and 3.

The last entry is called "Heartly Goth"

I started out with black cream eye liner on the lid
and smudged that out with black matte shadow.
Then added a red eye shadow in the crease.

This look would look great with dramatic lashes
but as I mentioned Ashley has not figured out how to apply them.
So I just lined my water line with black and put on Mascara.

I added Red rhinestones on the lower lid as a cute detail.

I hope you guys enjoyed this. And I hope Ashley will like it.
What do you think?

Greta Kisslock Satchel

I dream about this bag:
I need it. I want it.
It is just so cute.

This is what Hand Bag Heaven says about it:

Ladylike handbags have never looked as delicious as our Greta Kisslock Satchel by Nila Anthony. This statement piece is available in creamy ivory and adorned with a blooming flower along the front. The satchel handles are long enough to wear over your shoulder, while the structured top and kisslock closure provide the essence of a feminine bag.

The top of the handbag includes a polished silver metal top that opens to reveal dreamy chocolate brown lining, one zippered pocket and two open top pockets. The roomy interior provides plenty of room for your daily essentials, plus a few extras like a compact umbrella.

17.5” L x 5.5" W x 12.5" H
8” double drop handles

Will you get it for me? >.<

What is your favorite bag that you want to buy or that you allready have?

CupCakes Nail Art

I have seen CupCake nails on some blogs and I just fell in Love with them
and had to do my own. Have been wearing this mani for the past 5 days.
And I have to tell you that people have been looking.

I started out with China Glaze - White on White
and Layered it with Bridezilla.
Then it was time to start blending my acrylic paints.
I needed a light and a dark version of every color used on the CupCakes.

Acrylic paint:
Gold, Yellow, Blue, Purple,
Red and White
White on White and Bridezilla

I added glitter using Foil Adhesive.
I also used Orly- Halleys comet to Highlight and dot.
And of course rhinestones and stuff for the sprinkles.

Fimo Apple
Rhinestone Picker-Upper
Rhinestones
Squares
2 sorts of hearts.
Orly - Halleys Comet
Glitter in Strawberry Sorbet
and Mandarin Frost
Foil Adhesive

I did this mani in a rush.
But I know that I will do it again sometime.
I really like it.

Nail Polish Haul

Unforgettable Set
UPDATE: Read section after "Stone Eraser"
At the bottom of the post.

I have totally forgot to post this haul.
This is what I got from China Claze:

White on White
Bridesilla
Nova
Millennuim
Liquid Leather

With the Unforgettable Set also came an Evening Clutch.
The 5 polishes of the set fits inside the clutch.
Just to give you an idea of the size of the clutch.

I desided to stock up on Top Coat.
And because I have heard good things about Seche Vite...
And they are all true.
It's a great top coat. Dries super fast.

Seche Vite Top Coat - Professional Kit
14ml - .5 fl oz bottle + 118ml - 4 floz. Refill
Total Immersion Brush Cleaner
The Brush Cleaner Jar is great. I have used it and I like it.

I wanted to have some glitters and I ended up with these from China Glaze:

Doll House
Medallion
Snow Globe
Sour Apple
I had some polishes that had gone thick. So I got:

Nail Polish Thinner
This Color Club Holo slipped in the order.

Worth the Risque

My cuticles are in a really bad shape.
It's Winter and I dip my hands in water all the time.
I wanted to try if this next thing will help.

Stone Eraser

UPDATE:
Made from high quality sandstone, the cuticle eraser is designed with pointed
edges for precision work to push and erase cuticles without scratching the nails.
To use it you hold it like a pencil to push back the cuticle. Then dip the tip
of the stone into warm water and rub stone back and forth across the
surface of the cuticle until it is removed. This stone cuticle eraser is also
a particularly hand tool to remove build up on the natural nail. Everyday products,
such as moisturisers and silicon from hair products, build up over time to leave
a fine layer. This buildup can contribute to nail enhancements lifting.
The best way to remove this is to first file down any particularly sharp edges
on the point of your cuticle stone, then run the cuticle stone up and down
the whole length of the natural nail from from tip to cuticle.
A silky white powder appears as the buildup is being removed.

Necessary

Laundry...

How boring is that?
I don't think anyone can say that they love doing laundry.
But you just do it 'cause you have to.

But do You know what I love?
Ooh...
It is that fresh and crisp feeling of clean sheets.
And now it's time...

Good night! - Hyvää yötä! - God natt!

Chain My Heart - Nail Art

I started out with a Base Coat
then added IsaDora - Smoky Grey #65
Seche Vite Top Coat on that.

I stamped hearts using Konad special
polish in white using Konad Plate M73.
With China Glaze Millennium I stamped
chains from Bundle Monster Plate 12.
Then I used Konad Pink to do the hearts from BM03
Sealed with Konad top Coat
Added some Konad silver Top Coat to the chains.
Added Seche Vite Top Coat.
Done!

On the other hand I tried to stamp the white hearts on the tip of the nail. But it did not look as good as the other. The hearts did not look like they were floating.
